There is a huge misconception that Confidence is something you are either born with or not. Let me tell you something - this is a myth. We are all born confident. Look at our kids. They don't think twice when they need to communicate their needs, however excessive. They believe in themselves! They enjoy looking in the mirror! And they see themselves as the most lovable and the most talented creatures on earth. Children are great at loving themselves! This illustrates that you've got Confidence too - because it is actually a muscle that is always there but can get weaker if we stop working it. I would like to invite you to get together for a Confidence Building Workshop and dive into why we start struggling with Confident as we grow older and how to not only wake this magic quality up but also become the most confident woman in the room.
